With 20 years real estate experience including 15 years working alongside Dolly Lenz, Adam Vanderbrook is an accomplished real estate executive that has handled some of the most significant and high-profile real estate sales in NYC history. Upon graduation from Syracuse University, Adam immediately went to work with Dolly, leading the sales team of The Cipriani Club Residences, a first of its kind luxury residential development in Lower Manhattan. Adam then went on to play an integral role in NYC’s most iconic condominium projects including Manhattan House, the largest condo conversion in history, the storied Apthorp on the Upper West Side, 515 East 72nd Street, and 66 East 11th Street.
In addition to his substantial development experience, Adam has been a significant force in the luxury sales and rental market in NYC. His notable transactions include many record sales throughout New York’s most prestigious neighborhoods including the Upper East Side, Central Park West, Midtown, Sutton Place, West Village, & Tribeca.
